February
A month with many diferent emotions. A Roller coaster..
But I need to evaluate and adjust.
Weight: wonder if it is a platau.. or just not enough effort to cut down on calories. I think it is the latter but the reason? Well I was stress eating after I had been to the doctor.
I eat when too tired, to gain energy to go on, when thinking too much! Nothing unusual but a little too much now.. As I said, the Roller coaster of emotions has been playing with my head this month.
I have to adjust my calorie intake now and think even more about what I actually eat in a day. Back to the spread sheet calculating with my new weight in mind!
Current weight: 93,9 kg
Training: I have been walking every weekend, despite the weather and when weather has alowed it. A win! The longest route: 12,8 km.
I have been to the public swimming pool once a week, swimming 500 - 600 m, enjoying both the turkish and the regular sauna. Good for my joints!
Thursday, I even did pull ups, in the water, at the starting podium (??), every fourth swimming length.
I have also been to the gym twice, lifting light weights and using the mashines. It was nice to get started!
And before quitting last time, I did dead hang 2×20 sec!!
But the best with that gym? It has a sauna 🫠
Medicine.. yep, I now take medicine before going to bed, to help me with the nerv pain and I sleep better. Mayby I'm just even more consistent going to bed in time.. But.. A clear win!
One side effect of the medicine is gaining weight so I have to watch out for that one.
The high blood presure is back too so medicine for that means less headache and also better sleep. But I know that if I get more movement in I can get rid of that and the blood presure stabilice on its own.
The biggest win now: the spring is coming and I can and want to be outside more!
