So I took my son to emergency last night. He has a concussion 🤕!!
Ended up back home at 2 am. 🕑
I was so tired and needed to wake up normally at 5:30 but I decided has much as consistency is important I need my sleep.
Woke up at 7 am.
Almost fell asleep at work a few times.
I’m taking as many steps as I can now in my house while I clean up.
Will be in bed by 9:30 today no later than that.
Listening to your body is important !!!
