Where I lack in calorie counting, I kind of make up for it with movement. My job is not super sedentary. I move quite a bit. I have a standing desk and lots of stairs in the building. Today was my rest day from working out, so I made sure to pay attention to how much I was moving today at work. I’d say this was an average movement day for me.

It’s only 6pm so I still have some time. Maybe I can convince my husband to go for a walk after dinner with me!
