One good night's sleep. That's all it took.
Same habits. Totally different day. Workout just happened. Four abs showing. Steps easy.
The days before I still showed up - but I was pushing through on willpower alone. Today? So much easier.
That's the problem. My system needs me at full energy. So I'm fixing that:
- Food gets delivered
- Protein shows up
- System runs on its own
Bad sleep? Everything still works.
I've known sleep matters for years. But doing it is what’s important. Even if life happens - newborns wake up, emergencies pop up. I got pulled off my rhythm.
Time to get back to it. A jacked dad sleeps. It's the base for everything.
