Day 3 : Execution 
I have decided that my holiday/weekend anchor will be to eat at least 140 g of protein per day (I realise I usually don't, and it would be a good target!).
I tracked my meals for the past 1 day, and these were the meals!
The home-cooked ones didn't look as nice as the ones when I ate out >.< (I think everyone can probably guess which one it is.)
