Back on Track: Recovery in Motion
Quick update… I’ve been focusing on mobility work following mobilty video, especially the movements that support my back—and it’s genuinely helping take the pressure off.
I’ve now got a rehab workout in place, I’m finally seeing the physio on Saturday, and I even managed to get a massage, which made a big difference too.
I’ve also still been hitting 7,000 steps consistently, which feels like a solid win while recovering.
Feeling so much better than I did at the start of the week when the pain was at its worst. Progress 🙌
