Quick update… I’ve been focusing on mobility work following mobilty video, especially the movements that support my back—and it’s genuinely helping take the pressure off. I’ve now got a rehab workout in place, I’m finally seeing the physio on Saturday, and I even managed to get a massage, which made a big difference too.
I’ve also still been hitting 7,000 steps consistently, which feels like a solid win while recovering.
Feeling so much better than I did at the start of the week when the pain was at its worst. Progress 🙌
