I just completed my first week of using the BBB nutrition spreadsheet and MyFitnessPal for tracking my food intake. Darren is 100% correct about the option to scan barcodes being worth it in the app.
I haven’t quite been meeting my daily protein intake, but I’m eating more protein than I ever have, and I’ve been exceeding my daily carbs by a small percentage, but I’m also eating less carbs than I had been—less processed carbs as well.
It’s a work in progress, and I’ll keep on working at it, but I feel like this week has been a win. And I’m happy to be on this journey.
