🛒 Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts
- Barilla Protein Pasta (14 oz)
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/2 onion
- Shiitake mushrooms
- Spinach
- Sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 jar Alfredo sauce
- Parmesan cheese
👩🍳 Directions:
- Cook chicken - Air fry at 375°F for 14–16 min (flip halfway). Let rest, then slice.
- Cook pasta - boil pasta according to package. Reserve ½ cup pasta water.
- Make sauce - Sauté garlic, onion, and mushrooms. Add sun-dried tomatoes. Pour in Alfredo sauce and let simmer.
- Add spinach - stir in spinach until wilted.
- Combine - Add pasta + chicken. Mix well. Add pasta water if needed for creaminess.
- Finish Top with parmesan and serve 🔥
