2 weeks down
Just completed the 2nd week this morning. That’s the win. Otherwise I am bit of a mess. I’m frustrated about the lack of cardio, lack of sleep and lack of mental acuity going on this week. I’ll finally get 8 hours of sleep tonight. Super long 14 hour day tomorrow. I need to get in a run at some point this weekend. I think I am fairly cranky and I feel like I have gained 5 pounds.
I’m also a bad friend. I haven’t checked in on any of you this week. Are you doing okay? You have made it through your week, pushing past the struggles and accomplishing your goals??!! I hope so!!
