What Makes a Course Successful - Replay Available
What a great session this morning! We talked about: - the role of courses in your Skool community, - why people might not be visiting your classroom, - what makes a successful course, - strategies for monetizing your group, and - questions you can ask yourself to determine if there is room for improvement in your course or community! The entire session was about 50 minutes long with 30 minutes of questions/discussion at the end. 𝙏𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙧𝙚𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙮 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙤𝙣𝙡𝙮 𝙗𝙚 𝙖𝙫𝙖𝙞𝙡𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙡 𝙁𝙧𝙞𝙙𝙖𝙮 𝙖𝙩 𝙢𝙞𝙙𝙣𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙀𝙎𝙏, so watch it as soon as you can! As part of this training, I am also offering a one-hour 1:1 Classroom Clarity Call for anyone who is interested in having an expert educator review their classroom/community and help you strategize best next steps for your classroom content. If you are interested, you can check it out here! 😊

HOW IT WORKS - READ THIS FIRST
Ever wonder how you can let people know about your Skool community? Feel like you have so much to offer but don't know how to get people involved? Wish there was somewhere you were actually allowed to promote yourself and talk about your offer? Look no further! The Skool Classifieds are the place where you are not only allowed to promote yourself, but you are actually encouraged to do so! Like the Classifieds section of your local newspaper or the Community Message Board at the gym, this is the place to let people know what you do and what you offer. Here's how it works: 1. Invite other Skoolers you know to join the group using your invite link. The more people join, the more people there are to promote to! 2. You can post once a day only. This is to keep the group from getting spammy. If it's spammy, people won't read and you won't get noticed. Post as many days in a row as you want, but please do not post the same thing day after day - mix it up! 3. Make sure you add your post to the appropriate group/heading. Please see below for a description of what each group is for. If you don't see a group that is appropriate, message me. 4. Self-Promotion is what this group is all about, but please do not DM people with your offers. You will be removed from the group for doing this. 5. Introduce yourself in this thread, and then scroll up and find someone you have something in common with. Reach out. There are some really amazing people here! 😉 This is a place for us to support each other for our mutual benefit. Hate speech, offensive language, or general negativity will be deleted, and you will be removed from the group. *Please check out this post for more tips on how to get great results from your posts. And also this post by one of our own community members who has had great success growing his group through the CLASSIFIEDS.

Faith (our moderator) is back with even more goodness!
𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗣𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗬𝗼𝘂 THIS FRIDAY! Part of the Make It Work Harder workshop series This live session focuses on the page everything in your Skool community leads back to: your About Page. Inside Skool analytics, you can see how many people visit your About Page and what percentage choose to join. For paid communities, the platform average is around 4%. For free communities, it’s closer to 20%. If your numbers are lower than that, this workshop gives you a clearer way to understand what your About Page is signaling to new visitors. Before increasing visibility through The Classifieds, this is an opportunity to make sure your About Page is working with that attention — not quietly losing it. In this workshop, I’ll review two real Skool About Pages live and walk through: • who the page is actually speaking to • what outcome it centers for the reader • whether the next step is clear or implied • where personality is doing the work — and where generic copy gets in the way This isn’t a copy rewrite or SEO training. It’s about clarity, signal, and helping your About Page support conversion without losing your voice. If you’re planning to post in The Classifieds again before the end of February, this is the right place to start. 👉 Save your spot via the calendar link on Friday, February 13.

Solving the “doing” problem
We don't have a knowing problem. We have a doing problem. We already know strength training is a must. We already know protein is crucial. We already know consistency wins. Q: Then why don't we do what we say we're going to do? A: Because we're human and wired for homeostasis! But there's also another less advertised path ... About that path: an evidence based, (pitch free😉😘) challenge for you based on the best seller Atomic Habits. Consider it like a cliff notes, bare bones sprint version of a book club. I did the reading and learning for you and distilled it down to a 14 day challenge. A two sentence lesson per day with one micro-action homework that you actually get to look forward to! If you’re a woman over 35 and you want to do the bare minimum to build muscle, get leaner, and stop procrastinating (because you realize procrastination is just a slow energy drain in disguise). Check this out ... Midlife isn’t the time for extreme grinds. It’s the time for precision. Muscle becomes non negotiable. Recovery is the multiplier (and an artform at our age LOL!). Time and energy are currencies. The real problem is friction. Habits + systems overcome friction For 14 days, we get 1% better TOGETHER each day with a 20 second lesson plus a micro action based on the core principles from Atomic Habits. I did the learning and reading FOR YOU. You should absolutely read the book yourself. I’ve just distilled the parts that you can apply to midlife strength and health. Each day: - One concept. - One micro action. - Built around the minimum effective dose. By the end of 14 days: - A healthy "high" from that rush of clarity - A repeatable structure to apply to your muscle building routine - The ability to build your own systems instead of chasing someone else’s. This is about understanding how habits are built and using that to follow through on what you say you’ll do. We start on Friday Feb 13. No selling at the end ... 😉 just a deep rooted belief in what our community is building, one strong woman at a time.
