Do You Know What January 2nd Is...?
January 2nd is the day that doors open for registration to the How to Teach a High-Value, High-Converting Masterclass, which will be offered live on January 6th. The workshop is open to everyone (cost is $27), but if you are a Premium member who is planning on teaching a masterclass on the CLASSIFIEDS calendar, then this workshop is a prerequisite for doing that. I only offer this once every two months, but it will be recorded, and you will have access to the recording indefinitely. So, if you think you might be interested in offering a masterclass any time in the next 3 months, you will want to make sure you register for this session. If you can make it live - even better! Now, I know some of you are thinking: but I already know how to give a masterclass, I don't need to take this session. While that may be true, the purpose of the session is to let everyone know what I think it means to provide value so that our calendar is full of masterclasses that people are clamoring to take. You don't have to follow my format, but you do need to provide value. Is this gatekeeping? Yes. Is it for a good reason? Also, yes. If the calendar is full of fluffy, pitch fests that bring no value, then it's going to be a wasteland that no one looks at, and that hurts us all. My vision for the calendar is that it is a place full of very valuable learning opportunities and experiences that people are checking regularly and attending widely. The CLASSIFIEDS Premium Tier - Everything You Need to Know!
If you are already on the Premium tier and want to know how to make the most of it, or are thinking about upgrading, here is everything you need to know... โญ๏ธ ๐Ÿ—ž๏ธ In the Standard tier, you can post in the community once a day in any category (except for days with a hashtag prompt, then you get an extra post!). There are two kinds of acceptable community posts: "anything" promoting your Skool group, or offers that are free (freebies, free workshops, podcast promotions, your own YouTube channel promotions). You can see the list of categories in the How It Works pinned post. These "rules" are for both standard and premium members. ๐ŸŒŸ ๐Ÿ—ž๏ธ Now for the additional benefits for Premium members: 1. Premium members are allowed to put an "ad" in the classroom to advertise anything they want - free or paid. The ad stays up for as long as they are a premium member. Ads rotate weekly. ๐Ÿ“ฐ You can place your ad by creating a draft course in your own community and then copying the course key and sending it to me to copy into the Classifieds. Course keys can be found by going to the thumbnail of the course in your classroom and clicking on the three dots in the top right corner. 2. Premium members also have access to all live events on the calendar. This includes meetups twice a month (called the PERSONALS) and open drop-ins once a month. ๐Ÿ“† The meetups are structured and focus on improving your visibility as well as helping you make connections and foster collaboration. 3. Premium members also have the opportunity to host their own free masterclass for all members on the CLASSIFIEDS calendar. This gives you the chance to provide value to the members and then pitch your group or product at the end. ๐Ÿ’ต In order to qualify to host a masterclass, you have to first take my How to Teach a High-Value, High-Converting Masterclass workshop ($27). The next one is being offered on January 6th with doors opening for registration January 2nd. After taking the prerequisite workshop, the first masterclass you offer is of no charge. Subsequent masterclasses that you would like to offer will be subject to a $10 administrative fee.

HOW IT WORKS - READ THIS FIRST
Ever wonder how you can let people know about your Skool community? Feel like you have so much to offer but don't know how to get people involved? Wish there was somewhere you were actually allowed to promote yourself and talk about your offer? Look no further! The Skool Classifieds are the place where you are not only allowed to promote yourself, but you are actually encouraged to do so! Like the Classifieds section of your local newspaper or the Community Message Board at the gym, this is the place to let people know what you do and what you offer. Here's how it works: 1. Invite other Skoolers you know to join the group using your invite link. The more people join, the more people there are to promote to! 2. You can post once a day only. This is to keep the group from getting spammy. If it's spammy, people won't read and you won't get noticed. Post as many days in a row as you want, but please do not post the same thing day after day - mix it up! 3. Make sure you add your post to the appropriate group/heading. Please see below for a description of what each group is for. If you don't see a group that is appropriate, message me. 4. Self-Promotion is what this group is all about, but please do not DM people with your offers. You will be removed from the group for doing this. 5. Introduce yourself in this thread, and then scroll up and find someone you have something in common with. Reach out. There are some really amazing people here! ๐Ÿ˜‰ This is a place for us to support each other for our mutual benefit. Why do people waste money on tech?
Because they don't know what technology is for. Tech exists for one purpose: to optimize a process. That is the case for both archaic tools like hammers, shovels and Excel to also all the modern AI software and smart devices we're seeing launching everyday. So process is key. If you don't have clarity on your process, or if it is not good, than a specific tool will not solve any problem. Every tool has it's downsides and every software is flawed. But more often than not, when you fail at a project, the problem is not on the tool or the platform you're using, but on lack of planning and proper management. - Automating your sales process is useless without having a great offer - Launching a paid traffic campaign is a waste of money if you don't know where your potential clients are and how to talk to them - A fancy landingpage will not bring you any results without a clear communication and a great CTA - Implementing a CRM won't do anything for you if you don't know how to analyse data and get feedback on your clients in order to continiously improve your process at each new one AI is changing the game, lowering the barriers for people to start their businesses and giving eveyone who dominate and keep up with the changes an unfair advantage over those who don't. But just like any technology, you won't get anything out of it without a great offer, a solid plan and a well managed process.
