#MetricsMonday March 9 And a question for you...
I've been a little MIA on the stats reporting, so my apologies - especially now that there are so many interesting analytics to see! If you are new here, I report on these metrics because it was requested by the community owners. You are here for visibility, so it makes sense that you get to see how visible the group is... Total members:1527 Premium members: 225 Ranking in Money: #26 Ranking overall: #90 Visitors in last 30 days: 5,428 Sign Ups in last 30 days: 282 Conversion Rate:5.2% Engagement:77% Percentage of Members at Level One: 35% What It All Means: 1. One of the things I'm most proud of (and it's all because of YOU) is the percentage of our members at level one. If you check some of the other groups out there, you will find that this number often hovers around 70%. The fact that so many people join the group and engage is not by chance! 2. While our number of sign ups has slowed a bit, I am still turning away more than 50% of the people who ask to join the group, which is why the conversion rate is low. Why??? you ask.... Well, it is very important to me that this group remains a quality group that is in a supportive and non-spammy way, and that means that I have made the very tough decision to restrict it to Skool group owners only. In case you are worried that this decision means you are only promoting to Skool group owners, that is absolutely not the case. I'm going to attach the screenshots of the traffic sources below and you can see how far-reaching this group really is. I was very surprised to see so much traffic from ChatGPT! 3. For a group our size, I'm happy with the engagement rate of 77%. It's at 90% in my other group, which is closer to ideal, but I totally understand that people are going to engage in this group in different ways over time. 4. Which leads me to the premium members... I'm still interested in finding more ways of providing value to the members with enhanced visibility. For now, I've decided that it's not through pinned posts, but I do believe that the ability to meet with others in the group in person is HUGE. I've seen amazing results from the people who have attended those sessions, and the opportunity to host your own masterclass and show people what you know and how you can help them is also amazing. So, I have to do a better job of promoting that.
