And that’s where the challenge lies. Because yes, being an empath can be overwhelming. For some of us, it can feel like the world is screaming all the time.24/7. No brakes. Thereare incredible gifts in it…but it can also be a lot. One day, during a healing session, I had a realization that changed everything for me. . It’s what eventually led to the class I’m teaching… and I’ll share that story with you there. Here’s what I’ve come to understand: Empaths don’t suffer just because we feel energy. We suffer because we’re under a constant onslaught of it…and without the ability to decode what we’re sensing, it all turns into one big tangled muddle. Akind of 𝗮𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗯𝗹𝗼𝗯 hitting you from all directions. Andwhen everything feels like one giant wave…it’s very hard to find your footing. And yet… here’s the key. Whenyou learn how to 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗱𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆—what it is, where it’s coming from, what it’s trying to tell you— your nervous system can finally relax. Because you can say: “Oh… that’s why I’m feeling this.” Imagine this: You’re feeling overwhelmed, like you’re being hit with that big blob of energy… …but instead of drowning in it, you take out your metaphorical decoder ring. Youstart to notice: • Part of this is coming from the collective… maybe even something like the Schumann resonance shifting • Part of it is from a room where there’s tension between people • Part of it is simply being in a busy space with a lot of human energy Nowinstead of chaos… you have information. And when you have information, you have choice.

One of important pieces on my journey is awareness about Human Design. I never went too deep into "the HD rabbit hole" because I always wanted to keep information on more practical level. Especially for my clients. I am genuinely curious how many people actually know Human Design on Skool? :)
