Then, share one sentence that describes your ideal group member (and you can’t use the word “anyone” or “someone” in the description!). HOW IT WORKS - READ THIS FIRST
Ever wonder how you can let people know about your Skool community? Feel like you have so much to offer but don't know how to get people involved? Wish there was somewhere you were actually allowed to promote yourself and talk about your offer? Look no further! The Skool Classifieds are the place where you are not only allowed to promote yourself, but you are actually encouraged to do so! Like the Classifieds section of your local newspaper or the Community Message Board at the gym, this is the place to let people know what you do and what you offer. Here's how it works: 1. Invite other Skoolers you know to join the group using your invite link. The more people join, the more people there are to promote to! 2. You can post once a day only. This is to keep the group from getting spammy. If it's spammy, people won't read and you won't get noticed. Post as many days in a row as you want, but please do not post the same thing day after day - mix it up! 3. Make sure you add your post to the appropriate group/heading. Please see below for a description of what each group is for. If you don't see a group that is appropriate, message me. 4. Self-Promotion is what this group is all about, but please do not DM people with your offers. You will be removed from the group for doing this. 5. Introduce yourself in this thread, and then scroll up and find someone you have something in common with. Reach out. There are some really amazing people here! 😉 This is a place for us to support each other for our mutual benefit. Have you published a book (or maybe several)? For the past two years, I've been running my Amazon KDP Publishing community here on Skool, where we've grown to more than 1,200 members. While I primarily teach people how to self-publish their first books, I've recently started expanding my services to help existing authors get more visibility and more sales. Personally, I've earned over six figures from self-publishing as a side business, and one lesson has become incredibly clear: 👉 Your book listing matters just as much as the book itself. Think about your own shopping habits on Amazon. Do you buy products with zero reviews? Do you trust products with poor reviews? Most of us don't. 🙅‍♀️ The same psychology applies to books. Reviews build trust, reduce buyer hesitation, and help readers feel confident clicking the Buy Now button. But here's something many authors don't realize... One of the most underused marketing opportunities is an Amazon Influencer shoppable video. This isn't the same as a customer review. It's a video created by an Amazon Influencer that can be attached to your book's Amazon listing, giving potential readers the chance to see the cover, preview the interior, and get a better feel for the book before purchasing. These videos can also appear in additional places across Amazon, giving your book even more exposure. Seeing someone physically hold a book and flip through the pages creates a completely different buying experience than a few static images alone. Extreme heat warnings are being issued across much of the United States. If you're uncomfortable outside, imagine wearing a fur coat. Please don't leave your pets outside in this dangerous heat. Even with shade and water, extreme temperatures can quickly become life-threatening. Bring your pets indoors where it's cool and only take them outside for brief potty breaks or necessary exercise during the coolest parts of the day, early morning or after sunset. Here are a few ways to protect your furry family members: - Keep fresh, cool water available at all times. - Keep pets indoors in air conditioning whenever possible. - If they must be outside briefly, make sure they have access to shade, but remember, shade alone may not be enough during extreme heat. - Test the pavement with the back of your hand. If you can't comfortably hold it there for 7 seconds, it's too hot for your pet's paws. - Walk early in the morning or later in the evening when temperatures are much lower. - Never leave a pet in a parked vehicle, even for one minute. Temperatures inside a car can become deadly in minutes, even with the windows cracked. - Offer cooling mats, fans, frozen pet-safe treats, or cool (not ice-cold) water to help regulate body temperature. Know the signs of heat stroke: - Excessive panting - Heavy drooling - Bright red gums or tongue - Weakness or lethargy - Vomiting or diarrhea - Staggering or collapse If you suspect your pet is suffering from heat stroke, move them to a cool area immediately, offer small amounts of cool water if they are alert, and seek emergency veterinary care right away. Heat stroke can become fatal very quickly. At Simcha Hub of Pet Physiology, we believe prevention saves lives. During this heat wave, the safest place for your pets is inside with you. Stay cool. Stay safe. Protect those who depend on you. A dog in Ohio was found deceased chained outside in the heat. DON'T DO IT!!! The post about this can be found in the community.
