You know you've been building communities too long when... 😂
I'll go first.
You can tell within about 30 seconds whether the problem is:
• onboarding
• trust
• positioning
• clarity
• member experience
• or traffic
And the weird part?
The thing people THINK is the problem usually isn't the problem.
"Nobody is participating."
Maybe.
Or maybe nobody knows what to do next.
Or maybe they're still deciding if it's safe.
Or maybe they're completely overwhelmed.
Or maybe they're sitting quietly in the back taking it all in.
Community building will humble you like that. 😭😂
Now I'm curious...
How do YOU know you've been in your industry too long?
What's the thing you see that beginners completely miss?
P.S. If you're trying to figure out what you're not seeing inside your own community, that's literally why I created the Community Review Audit. Sometimes another set of eyes changes everything. 👀
