🍽️ THE EMPTY RESTAURANT EFFECT
Imagine walking past two restaurants.
One is buzzing. People are talking, laughing, and eating.
The other has 30 empty tables and one person sitting silently in the corner.
Which one feels easier to walk into?
Your Skool can create the same effect.
When a new member enters a quiet community, they may think:
“Nobody posts here.”
“Maybe this group isn't active.”

🗳️ Use polls instead of always asking open-ended questions.
👋 Personally invite 2–3 members into a relevant conversation.
🎯 Run a tiny challenge everyone can complete.
🤝 Ask members to help another member instead of always answering yourself.
Early on, you may need to create the rhythm before members naturally create it themselves.
Think of yourself as the restaurant host.
You're not pretending the restaurant is busy.
You're creating enough genuine activity that people feel comfortable pulling up a chair.

Then personally invite a few members who would genuinely have something useful to add.
