Hi All. I’m Tim.

My 30 years of experience working with kids 17+ at risk kids has given me a front-row seat to the challenges many parents face, especially around disrespect, inconsistent boundaries, and family tension. I care deeply about helping parents with real-world tools for boundaries, behavior, and leadership in the home. I joined this group because I value honest conversations and ideas that actually help families. I’m here to learn from others, share what I have picked up over the years, and be part of conversations that actually help people.
