A couple weeks ago I started running something called an Offer Hypothesis inside my community.
The goal was simple:
Help people find clarity around:
  • what they’re actually selling
  • who it’s for
  • what outcome people care about most
  • where they may be leaving money on the table
I figured I’d do a couple.
