Changing the Plan Is Not the Same as Quitting
Some of us were taught to think that if the original plan doesn’t happen, the whole day is shot.
⭕Workout got shortened?
⭕Dinner got simplified?
⭕Schedule changed?
Well then, apparently it’s time to throw the whole plan out and “start fresh” later. 🙃
But real consistency usually looks more like this:
➡️adjust, don’t abandon
That’s the kind of work we do inside my free community for women 50+.
We practice noticing the old pattern, changing the plan when needed, and keeping the direction instead of turning one adjustment into another restart.
If you’re tired of the all-or-nothing cycle, come join us in Stop Starting Over Women 50+.
