Roast & Promote is about getting visibility to your work while helping others. You submit your stuff to be roasted (get honest and hepful feedbacks) and you are rewarded for roasting others with a pinned post advertizing your links for a whole week.

So you're not only talking about what you do, you're showing your competence.

And it's not made in a bland way. The top 3 roasters get a fun shoutout in bbq parody posts that vary each time. Our dragon mascot roasty and his crew are aways getting adapted in different ways so the posts have something new to show each time.
