I've been making smoothies almost every morning for over 15 years. It started because they were so easy to take to work, and then I just kept noticing how good I felt after drinking them consistently. That's really when they became a non-negotiable part of my mornings.
Here's why I think they're one of the best habits you can build:
- They're one of the easiest ways to pack in a huge variety of fruits, vegetables, and seeds in a single sitting.
- They're gentle on digestion because blending breaks everything down before it even hits your stomach.
- They give you steady energy without the crash you get from a processed breakfast.
- And because you can make them in five minutes with frozen fruit and vegetables, there's really no excuse not to do it even on your busiest mornings.
That's exactly why this week I'm running a free 5-day smoothie challenge inside my community, Plant-Powered Kitchen Club, and I wanted to share it here too in case anyone wants to join us.
From April 20โ24, I'll post a new whole food plant-based recipe every morning. You make your smoothie, snap a photo, and post it with your day number. I put together a complete guide with all five daily recipes, three staple smoothies you can swap in on any day, and a master shopping list so one grocery run covers your whole week.
The challenge is completely free. If you want the guide and a spot in the community before Monday, drop a ๐ฅค below, DM me, or click on the link below:
