MARCH - Pull Up Challenge
Hi warriors, This month we're going all in on pull-up volume and I'll be dropping a pull-up progressions youtube video this week to help you dial in your technique and find your right starting point. 📊 Your Weekly Volume Targets: 🔹 Noobies: 50–100 rows/week (build that foundation first) 🔹 Beginners: 50–100 banded pull-ups/week 🔹 Intermediates: 100–200pull-ups/week 🔹 Advanced: 200–400 pull-ups/week Don't know which level you are? Best calisthenics exercise for chest (pecs)?
Vanity metric I know, but I'd like to work a bit on my chest. I have very long arms and wide torso (my arms are 10cm longer than my height, I am officially an ape!), which has the added benefit of giving me big shoulders and lats and it's good for rock climbing, but it's hard to build compact-looking big chest. I have access to monkey bars, the floor, and rings.
