MIDWEEK REALITY CHECK
Hi warriors! Not every day feels productive — and that’s okay. Share honestly: Where are you winning? And what’s challenging right now? Drop a “WIN” 🎉 or a “STRUGGLE” 🔥 in the comments. I‘ll start: WIN🥳: I used to start my days without a goal and no orientation of what I want to achieve. Today I can say that I, almost on a daily basis, every morning I sit down right after waking up and plan what I want to accomplish on that day. That helps me cut the noise and focus on whats important to me. 🤝😊 Ofcourse I can still improve in that area as I tend to set to many goals per day. Now I‘m currently working on focusing on 1 single thing. Which isn‘t easy for me as I have a loooot of things on my desk.🤣 I‘ll keep you posted. Saludos Coach G

Tiny Training Tip Tuesday
Hello guys! For the new members who haven't joined the welcome weekly call yet - feel free to join today! Now for the training tip: Trust me when I tell you, that progress doesn’t simply come from doing more. It comes from doing the right things and putting your ego aside. 👉 Technique before intensity. Always! There's no point for you going for a muscle up if you're struggling doing regular pull ups. What technique cue helped you the most lately? Saludos Coach G
What’s one thing you want to commit to this week?
Hello warriors! New week, new chances to come closer to your goals! 🔥 Before life takes over, pause for a moment. Not what you should do… but what will actually move you forward? Take 5 minutes. Breathe. Choose one intention. 👉 Choose one thing and comment one thing you’ll focus on this week. I'll start: For me, this week is about consistency and excellence, but not in the cliché motivational sense. I used to believe excellence came from pure discipline powered by willpower. But here’s what I’ve learned: willpower is not the engine. It’s the spark. Yes, consistency needs discipline, and discipline can drain willpower. But relying on willpower as the main driver is a losing game. It’s a limited resource. It gets tired. It fluctuates. The people who stay consistent aren’t the ones with the strongest willpower. They’re the ones who created systems that don’t require much of it. Excellence isn’t about how much willpower you have, it’s about where you remove friction, what you commit to, and what you’re willing to sacrifice. Your resources are finite.Your identity isn’t. Choose the things worth becoming excellent at.Then build your life so the path of least resistance leads there. If you're interested in that topic I recommend reading atomic habits. Saludos Coach G
