Hey guys, today is Thursday shoulders day for me. I feel a little timid when it comes to shoulders almost every day they hurt. It’s probably because of a lot of lifting in my jobs I’ve had.
I started off with lateral raises with 10 pound dumbbells. It was too much, so I went down to 8 pound dumbbells.
I couldn’t go all the way up so I went halfway. I heard many of you struggle with your shoulders, but I figured we should do what we can. I remember in one of Keith‘s videos he said something about that. I just want to encourage you guys to keep going.
