Bicep finishing exercise
Hey guys, I was watching a man on YouTube today. He was finishing his dumbbell bicep session with two exercises to get more time under tension. He took two 15 pound dumbbells He did bicep curls for one minute nonstop. He took a two minute break and then did hammer curls with the same weight for another minute. Have any of you ever tried that? I’m going to do it tonight and see how it works for me. Hi Keith, have you ever tried that?

@Bill Kelly you’re right Bill. I’ve been looking for help for building muscle at my age. I wasn’t sure how to do it. Keith has really worked hard to help us. All we need is a little encouragement. Well, brother, it was good talking with you. I’m going to eat dinner.

Hi Carsten, yes I’ve heard about time under tension. I decided to use it after my regular routine with biceps to see if I could get more of a pump. I wanted to have more of a challenge on my muscles since I started using lighter weights.
Correction
Hey guys, I just got done with Keith’s build big arms with me follow along session. What a pump!!! My wife was watching me when I did the tricep kickbacks, she said I wasn’t doing it correctly like Keith was doing it. I was going up too high, so I changed and I just went back straight with my arm and what a difference guys!!!

@Jim Clarke Hi Jim, constant tension does challenge your muscles. Glad to hear that it’s working for you.

Supersets
Hey guys. I was watching Keith do supersets for his chest. I really like that routine, I am going to start doing that. I just bought a pair of 20lb dumbbells
At 40+, the problem isn't your body.
At 40+, the problem isn't your body. It's that you're still training like you're 25. Same ego. Same heavy weights. Same joints paying the price. Built Different means adapting without backing down. Training smarter - not softer. So here's your proof of concept. 💪 STEAL THIS WORKOUT — Arms (No Heavy Weights) 1. Dumbbell Curls — 4x12-15 2. Overhead Tricep Extension — 4x12-15 3. Hammer Curls — 3x15 4. Tricep Kickbacks — 3x15 Rest 60-90 sec between sets. Control the negative. Squeeze every rep. Do this today. Then tell me — what's the one thing you've had to change in your training since turning 40? Drop it below. 👇

Hi Keith, I did flies today with a lighter weight and was following one of your videos. I did what you said about not going too deep in the movement. That seemed to work I didn’t have the same pain. I also have a total gym so It was like using cables to do the flies and that seemed to work also. It was helpful to follow you as you exercised.
