Shoulders day
Hey guys, today is Thursday shoulders day for me. I feel a little timid when it comes to shoulders almost every day they hurt. It’s probably because of a lot of lifting in my jobs I’ve had. I started off with lateral raises with 10 pound dumbbells. It was too much, so I went down to 8 pound dumbbells. I couldn’t go all the way up so I went halfway. I heard many of you struggle with your shoulders, but I figured we should do what we can. I remember in one of Keith‘s videos he said something about that. I just want to encourage you guys to keep going.

Hi Adam, I saw the video that Keith had when he was using those bars. I wonder if having both your arms together gives you more stability and less strain. I saw the bars on Amazon. Thanks Adam for the info.

Hey Guys, to become more disciplined and organized I needed to record each day, my body part, weight, reps, and sets. It may seem simple, but I have not been doing that so today’s the day to start that!

IT WORKS!!!
Hey guys, I just did my bicep workout. I started off with 8 pound dumbbells, but I wanted a little more. I tried 15 pounds and it just didn’t feel right. Then I tried 10 pounds. I did bicep curls, then I went to hammer curls, then I did concentration curls. I didn’t count the sets, but I did at least 12 to 15 reps on each set. Then I tensed up my biceps. I’ve never had biceps so solid before, I even let my wife check it out, and she was amazed! What Keith has been telling us works!
