Look what came in just in time for my evening shower. Been over a year since ai sampled this. It does not disappoint though. Think of Sauvage DNA but with a sweeter twist. That licorice note really hits. This could really be an amazing daily driver. It really reminds me of something else but I can’t quite place it. I am enjoying it so far. and it fills up a room. My first endeavor with Imaginary Authors and I’m not disappointed, well one thing but I’m not holding that against it, I’ll explain later. There’s a citrusy lemon smell to it as well, not quite sour, but more lemonade without the sweetness. There’s a sense of a classic devil may care roadtrip vibe I get a little sexy, a little edgy, a little raw, kinda what I imagine the smell is following the car chase in Bullit, if you haven’t seen it take teh ten minutes and watch it, it’s linked below. The notes blend perfectly, it is a masculine scent that when the people at PT smelled it, you can tell they were intrigued. My knock and I’m starting this year off with it’s a me thing, is the longevity. But I say it’s a me thing for two reasons, one my chemistry may not be perfect for it and I’m not sure I spray enough. Full bottle, yes and if what I read is true, this bad boy is up to be discontinued so I’ll get it asap.
