First wear today of Rehab from Initio. My first impression is that this one feels very warm and comforting. I’m getting a soft cinnamon-like spice along with some woodiness, and the overall effect feels smooth rather than sharp. It has a relaxed, almost cozy quality to it that I’m really enjoying so far. Performance is still the question mark for me. I had a nice scent bubble at first, but I feel like I may have gone a little nose blind to it fairly quickly, so I don’t want to judge the projection too early. That may just be part of the character of this one too. It doesn’t feel like it is trying to dominate the room. It feels more like something that sits around you quietly and comfortably. And honestly, I like that mood. So for now, the scent itself is a definite positive. Warm, woody, comforting and easy to live with. The jury is still out on performance, so I’ll check back in after a few more hours and see where it goes. 😎

A fruitier version of Supremacy Not Only Intense! Some might disagree but here are my thoughts: I bought a decant of Overdose and I’ve been wearing it today and sniffing it for hours and it’s very juicy fruity in the opening and then it dries down into what Supremacy Not Only Intense smells like by Afnan or Nishane Hacivat. It opens up like Absolu Aventus or Club de Nuit Precieux. It’s not a direct 1 to 1 clone but it’s a mix between the two but ultimately that’s immediately what I thought as it was drying. SNOI is definitely more oakmoss heavy and a tad earthier, this one still retains some sweetness. If you have any of the aforementioned scents I think you’re good. If you don’t, give it a shot. I’m not impressed and I wouldn’t put this over the Limited Edition or Extrait version of CDNIM. What do you gents think?
