Ok. Some of the newer brothers may not know me but I’m “the snob”. I’ve been doing this since the early 1980’s and don’t do sugarcoating or subtle. My own personal opinion is quality over quantity. Anyone can buy a ton of frags while still knowing nothing. Just like I could buy a sniper rifle or maybe more this time appropriate, play very well in an online pvp shooting game. That does not make me knowledgeable or valued. Hopefully we can agree at this point yes? Well this house breaks that mold heavily!!!! For what I consider very little money you can obtain the frags from this house. Cheaper and I would argue much better components and quality than Dua. Now I’m not saying buy them all. I’m saying this frag has depth, smoothness and soul. Does it have “real oud”? Lmao. Absolutely not. Anyone that tells you that they can “smell the oud” in a frag like this is lying both to you and themselves. but that’s a different topic for another day. If you want a warm woody spicy oriental frag for anytime other than summer? Oh. Btw. While it’s raised in price by $50 from when I bought mine and not like most of my FBW frags $100 as of now on Amazon is still cheap af!!! Yes???? Sorry but this is somewhat of a ramble. I created my own fragrance today at OlfactoryNYC! What a great experience. My brother-in-law is the only other family member into fragrance, so I treated him to this experience as a Christmas gift. We had a blast. I chose a sandalwood-based heart note, which also has musk, cedarwood, and incense. I mixed in a cognac, suede, and oud accord. Went with the Parfum concentration. It was so cool to choose your own perfect mix based on your own taste and preferences. Highly recommend!
