Got a generous sample at Ex Nihilo last Saturday and giving this a first wear. When I first sprayed it, my brain immediately went to Radical Rose, but that lasted just a minute then it shifted. Rose, pepper, musk and slight smacking of patchouli. Over the next few minutes the rose comes and goes, there are some white florals but not feminine leaning, I feel like they are more of just a supporting role. Patchouli makes a return and the combo with the rose, I am getting YSL Tuxedo vibes, but not close or a dupe. Deep down there this slightly balsamic spicy note that is fantastic. To me this is like Tuxedo and Radical Rose had a baby and they added in a little white floral. This feels luxurious and prestigious, but not formal, which this can absolutely fill that roll if needed. This is a Harrod's exclusive to Harrod's and Ex Nihilo store only? $560 for 100ml and like most other EX Nihilo won't find many at discounters. Gent Scents and other folks in the boards say Hawas London is supposed to be a good alternative, if the price of the OG scares you, like me😱
