SOTD - Prada Luna Rossa Black - From repulsion to reverence

Now, here's a fragrance I did a total 180 on. I first tried this several months ago when I ordered a decant from all the glowing remarks about it. Needless to say, I tried it and immediately said, "What the heck is the hype about? This stuff is nasty. Reminds me of a car tire." and put the decant in the "will never wear pile" for my decants. and samples. A few months went by and for some reason, I gave it another sniff. Lo and behold, it wasn't that bad to me, less rubbery and more powdery but still, I thought, not for me. I tried it again a few weeks later and actually liked it. A few more times with the decant and then I actually went and got a bottle of Rescented. I don't know if it was Shipping Shock with the decant or if my brain just grew to like it but yeah, it's great. Has anyone else had a fragrance that they initially despised then grew to like?
