So I'm sure many of us are on a similar boat and still keep buying fragrances even though our kids probably won't even finish them, I got an amazing deal at Aura and just received a bottle of Spice bomb metallic musk and light blue capri in love and they arrived today. Just in time for spring and summer wear. I sprayed the spice bomb first as I'd smelled it at a store and liked it quite a bit, but didn't want to pay $120 for it. It's like a designer version of Initio's Rehab imo. Even moreso than the OG Spice bomb. Definitely airier, more aldehydic and not as deep in the woody notes in the dry down, but totally in the same space. It's a bit cool out right now, so I'll write about Capri in love sometime soon. ( And I'm quite happy with it ) Have any of you tried this one yet?

Chilly morning and not getting above 50 today so I have to get these cool weather ones in before they go on hiatus. The raspberry/leather combo in this is hard to beat. So smooth.

Today I decided to wear a sample of this spicy, aromatic and powdery fragrance. It’s getting hot in my area & since yesterday my SOTD was Luna Rossa Carbon EDT, I wanted to keep it in the same house for today and for the weather. I really like the opening of this one, it’s quite strong IMO, the middle notes are powdery and very nice Have a good one Gents!

I kept hearing how the gent scents x Michael Malul keep showing up at TJ Maxx. So I decided to go in and try my luck. To surprise my local store had two bottles of South Slope and West Loop each for $29.99. So I decided to take one of each home 😋

Have you ever had a fragrance from a house that you love that has been a disappointment? I was in a store last night with my spouse and I was showing her some fragrances when I can across Terre d’Hermes Eau Givree. This has been on my list for a while and I even had it in my basket to purchase when I get back. We were both taken back with the tartness. She really enjoyed the EDT, which I have at home and wear regularly. Have you had one scent where you had high expectations that really was a disappointment?
