Going old school on this chilly day. One of the most unique fragrances out there.

The first pic I posted back in May, the second one is today (and there are 2 bottles on the way for Christmas - I hope). I think I have to slow down - I need a third shelf already. My wallet partially blames all of you for enabling me. 😁 At least I'm pretty sure that I have a varied and eclectic collection so far.

#sotd... Hawas Verde by Rasasi... Verde opens very strong and sharpe. Right off the top I get a blast of Lime and a minty smell generating from the Rosemary note in here. Some citrus comes through with a very light sweetness on the backend. This is definitely a sharpe, fresh, green, and aromatic fragrance. I went 7 hours before refreshing. I expect this to get better as it matures. Projection is really good on this. At least a few feet or more. I give this a 9 out of 10. More suitable for the warmer weather in my opinion.

I told myself I wasn't going to buy anymore frags for myself this holiday season and what do I do? Go to Burlington and grab this one. Hey, at least it's a cheapie. (Then again, all these cheapies could add up to a designer - lol) Really good clone of JPG Le Male Elixir which has a fabulous scent. I have a decant of the OG and the Hawas is very close. A little fresher in the opening and not as smooth or deep overall. The dry down is really where it's at. For projection and longevity, the Hawas has an edge over the JPG for sure. I'll save the OG for special occasions

Just lounging around the house today recovering from my NYC Christmastime bar crawl yesterday. Im giving one of my black Friday pickups a run - Arabiyat Prestige Marwa. Ive never tried Imagination which this is inspired by but I have to say that I like it. Fresh yet different than the other freshies out there. The tea note sets it apart I think. Has projection but not sure of longevity yet but it seems like it will last.
