Last 10 days of SOTDs + Mini reviews

Lately, I’ve not been able to find time to post SOTD’s like I used to every day. So this feature is coming in handy, thanks to Parfumo. Let me go through some of the ones I wore/tried.

Montagne imaginary is quite nice. Fresh, soapy clean fragrance. Been a while since I tried the OG so can’t really give a comparison review, but as a standalone fragrance, it does the job and perform quite nice. Raymond did tell me to let it sit for a while so I’m giving my samples 3 to 4 weeks.

Missoni Wave for what it costs is a fantastic cheapie. Doesn’t smell like something has been compromised, perfect for gym. It’s fresh, sweet, and aquatic. I see the resemblance between this and AHS but just save some money and buy this instead (unless its superleggera)

Tried two more from the Maison Margiela discovery set. Beach walk was super meh. Smells like a very diluted womens sunscreen. If this was an EDP concentration, it would have been different. But on the other hand, I do like the scent profile of when the rain stops. It’s green, watery and floral. Super easy to wear on cloudy days or just at home during summers. Only issue is that the performance is horrendous. 2 to 3 hours at most. This and lazy Sunday morning both are great scents but doesnt perform at all which is a shame. If you have suggestions for any similar smelling perfumes, then shoot them down below.

And lastly, let me talk about Odessey+ by ATH. I got a free 2ML sample of this with my recent purchase from ATH. Can I just say that every single ATH freshie smells the same to my nose. It’s super ambroxan heavy and fresh citruses at the top. There is not enough depth in any of them at least not on my skin. I will continue to explore the winter range from ATH, but I think I have to put a pause on the freshies.
