Live Comeback Session is happening in 8 hours
Win for my granddaughter!
This morning I taught my granddaughter to row, and one of the best things was her hip hinge! She worked on that on Wednesday, dropping into Rodrigo's in-person class, so it was fresh in her movement lexicon, making my job easier and the learning more enjoyable. A big success!
Walking Win!
I just wanted to share that this week I have noticed a change in the way that I am stepping on my feet. Since I can remember I’ve always walked on the inside of my feet where my knees would also almost hit eachother. And after Tuesdays session I experienced the sensation of “bull legged” knees and walking more on the “outside” of my foot. In reality i was actually experiencing what it feels like to have a neutral stance and walking! Things are changing! Yay.
Friday Wins 🏆
Every Friday → quick reflection → share your Win. Before heading into the weekend, take 2 minutes and ask yourself: What went well this week? Your win could be: • I completed my sessions • I showed up even when I didn’t feel like it • My breathing feels better • I feel stronger in bird dog • I moved with less stiffness• I stayed consistent Big or small — it counts. Progress after 40 is often subtle. It’s easy to focus on what’s missing instead of what’s improving. But recognizing your wins helps you build confidence, reinforce the habit, and keep momentum going. 👉 Take 2 minutes and share your Win under the Wins category.
My Win of the Week!
Feeling so much stronger with my Hip Hinge and Staggered Stance Hip Hinge! Consistency and attention has paid off and I'm looking forward to continued improvement. 🤩
🎉 Friday Wins
New habit. Every Friday → quick reflection → post under “Wins” category. Before you move into the weekend, take 2 minutes and ask yourself: What went well this week? Your win could be: • I completed my 3 sessions • I showed up even when I didn’t feel like it • My breathing feels more controlled• I feel stronger in bird dog • I moved with less stiffness • I stayed consistent Big or small — it counts. This practice is powerful. Because progress after 40 is subtle. It's easy to focus on what’s missing instead of what’s improving. But when you recognize your wins: - You reinforce the behavior - You build momentum - You increase confidence - You stay engaged Consistency grows when we acknowledge it. 👉 Take 2 minutes now. Post your win under the “Wins” category. Let’s make this our Friday ritual and let's celebrate each other.
