New month. Fresh start. Another opportunity to build momentum. And if you've been meaning to get started, June is the perfect time. Remember: This challenge is not about perfection. It's not about training every day. It's about showing up consistently and stacking small wins. Because consistency is what creates results. Session #14 – Level #5 Barefoot Break #1 – just a short session this morning but I'll be walking a lot today. My Spinal Rolls to Side Bent Sit are getting better, my right side is improving to catch up to the left. Level #5 has made me really aware of the limited internal rotation in my right hip. It shows up in the Spinal Rolls to Side Bent Sit, Side Bent Sit V Transitions and Single Leg Staggered Stance. I've got a lot to work on to get it balanced with the left.

It's about continuing to show up and stacking small wins over time. A few quality sessions each week can make a huge difference when done consistently. 🔥 Plan Your Week Take a minute today to look at your calendar and decide when your sessions will happen this week. Aim for three sessions if possible, and if life gets busy, a few Barefoot Breaks are always better than doing nothing at all. 🏆 June Sessions Challenge If you haven't updated your June Sessions Challenge recently, take a moment to do that this week. Every session counts, and it's been great seeing the consistency many of you are building. 🌱 New Members (But everybody welcome to go through it) If you joined recently, I'd encourage you to start with The Comeback Kickstart this week. It's a free 5-day mini course designed to help you get moving, build momentum, and start restoring some of the movement foundations your body depends on — all in less than 10 minutes a day. It's the perfect place to begin. 🎥 Live Classes Our live classes are back on the regular schedule this week. The live sessions are included for Premium and VIP members, but if you're new and would like to join Tuesday's Foundations session, let me know in the comments below and I'll share the link with you. Last week I needed a quieter practice and I'm recognising this as a rhythm. I push forward for a few weeks and then my body needs time to consolidate and regroup before the next round. This week I'm stepping up again. I'll keep repeating Lvl 5 sessions, do a micro-run, and join both live sessions.

@Joan Molloy this started because where I live in Yorkshire (UK) they don't mow the grass in the park, but they do mow the cemetery! I don't think the folks there mind me doing a little barefoot running around their grave stones 🥰🙏
🌍 Checking In from the South of Portugal
Hola Movers, Since tomorrow will be a travel day for me, I wanted to check in a little early this week. I've had a wonderful time here with family — plenty of beach walks, hikes, good food, and time to disconnect, recharge, and simply be present. One thing this trip reminded me of is how important it is to stay capable and prepared. Not just for training. But for life. Being able to walk for hours, explore new places, climb hills, get up and down from the ground, carry bags, play, and say "yes" to adventures without your body constantly holding you back is one of the biggest reasons we train. That's what training is really about. 👣 JUNE SESSIONS CHALLENGE If you haven't done it yet, please update your June Sessions Challenge with any sessions you've completed this week. 🏆 WINS OF THE WEEK I'd also love to hear about your wins. Big or small. A completed session.A new movement.More consistency.Less stiffness.A personal discovery. You set an excellent example for us all @Rodrigo Gallego! It's great to hear you've had a wonderful holiday with your family, and it'll be nice to have you back with us...Happy trails! 😊 It's not been a winning week for me, but I did make it through my first round of Level 6 so that's a win in itself. I've got plenty of improvement and refinement to go in Lvl 5 & 6 so I'll keep repeating these sessions for the next few weeks. I'm aiming for at least 1 x live session, 3 x recorded sessions and 1 x micro run for the coming week. Let's see what's possible...

Session #20 – Level 6 Session #2 + Run #4 – I reached my monthly target of 20 sessions plus I didn't imagine I'd be running when I set my goals at the start of May. I'm feeling proud of myself for effort and consistency today. Lvl 6 Session #2 was good. All the movements feel familiar and it was more building stamina than learning new shapes. I did 3 run/walk laps in the graveyard today. I focused on refining movement, breath and rhythm rather than increasing the reps. Its harder to notice details when moving faster but I had more awareness and it felt more contained today, so some progress.
