Remember, consistency always beats perfection. 🔥 Kickstart Day #1 Live — Monday at 1pm PT Tomorrow we'll be kicking off Day #1 of The Comeback Kickstart with a live session. If you haven't started yet, this is the perfect opportunity. If you've already gone through it, you're absolutely welcome to join as well. We'll be reviewing one of the most important foundations: alignment, breathing, and core function. The session will be about 15 minutes, followed by plenty of time for questions, coaching, and troubleshooting. 📅 You'll find the link in the Calendar tab. 🏆 June Sessions Challenge We're almost at the end of the month! If you haven't updated your June Sessions Challenge, take a minute to do that this week. Every session counts, and it's been great seeing the consistency everyone is building. 💬 Check In Below 👇 How many sessions did you complete this past week? 👇 What days are you planing to train this week? 👇 Will you be joining tomorrow's Kickstart live session? 👇 Any wins, questions, or challenges you'd like to share? ☀️ JUNE SESSIONS CHALLENGE ☀️
New month. Fresh start. Another opportunity to build momentum. And if you've been meaning to get started, June is the perfect time. Remember: This challenge is not about perfection. It's not about training every day. It's about showing up consistently and stacking small wins. Because consistency is what creates results. A good program helps.A coach helps.A supportive community helps. But consistency is still the ingredient that creates long-term change. 🎯 YOUR TARGET FOR JUNE 👉 Complete 12 sessions this month (about 3 per week) 👉 Let's see how many total sessions we can accumulate together as a community Every session counts. 📊 BEFORE YOU START JUNE... Please take a couple of minutes to: ✅ Update your May Sessions Challenge with any sessions you still need to log ✅ Add your May total to the Annual Sessions Challenge Let's keep building month after month 👊 📌 HOW TO TRACK YOUR JUNE SESSIONS After your first session, leave one comment below: Session #1 – [session name] – [short reflection] Then simply reply to your own comment after each session: Session #2Session #3Session #4... Simple and easy. This also gives me a place to support you, answer questions, and help keep you accountable. 🤝 WANT AN ACCOUNTABILITY PARTNER? Comment: "Partner me up!" and I'll help connect members who want some extra accountability this month. 👣 NEW HERE? This is the perfect time to get started. Whether you're working through The Reset, The Comeback Foundations, Integration, Capacity, Performance, or simply getting back into a routine, the goal is the same: Show up. One session at a time. Let's make June a month of momentum. Who's in? 👇

🌞 Sunday Check-In
Hola Movers! I hope you're having a great weekend. Another week is behind us, and another opportunity is here to keep building momentum. Remember, this isn't about being perfect. It's about continuing to show up and stacking small wins over time. A few quality sessions each week can make a huge difference when done consistently. 🔥 Plan Your Week Take a minute today to look at your calendar and decide when your sessions will happen this week. Aim for three sessions if possible, and if life gets busy, a few Barefoot Breaks are always better than doing nothing at all. 🏆 June Sessions Challenge If you haven't updated your June Sessions Challenge recently, take a moment to do that this week. Every session counts, and it's been great seeing the consistency many of you are building. 🌱 New Members If you joined recently, I'd encourage you to make these two resources your priority this week: 👣 The Movement Foundations Class 👣 The Movement Foundations Assessment The class will help you understand the foundations we focus on inside this community, and the assessment will give you a much clearer picture of where your body is right now and where to focus first. 🎥 Live Classes Our live classes are back on the regular schedule this week. The live sessions are included for Premium and VIP members, but if you're new and would like to join Tuesday's Foundations session, let me know in the comments below and I'll share the link with you. Tuesday is our Foundations class, making it a great place to get started, experience a live session, ask questions, and receive coaching. 💬 Check In Below 👇 How many sessions did you complete this past week? 👇 What days are you planning to train this coming week? 👇 Any wins, discoveries, challenges, or questions you'd like to share? Have a great week everyone!

I did 3 good sessions last week, planning 3 again this week with increasing my steps in the bear walk. So pleased that this morning the Active Standing was pain free
🌍 Checking In from the South of Portugal
Hola Movers, Since tomorrow will be a travel day for me, I wanted to check in a little early this week. I've had a wonderful time here with family — plenty of beach walks, hikes, good food, and time to disconnect, recharge, and simply be present. One thing this trip reminded me of is how important it is to stay capable and prepared. Not just for training. But for life. Being able to walk for hours, explore new places, climb hills, get up and down from the ground, carry bags, play, and say "yes" to adventures without your body constantly holding you back is one of the biggest reasons we train. That's what training is really about. 👣 JUNE SESSIONS CHALLENGE If you haven't done it yet, please update your June Sessions Challenge with any sessions you've completed this week. 🏆 WINS OF THE WEEK I'd also love to hear about your wins. Big or small. A completed session.A new movement.More consistency.Less stiffness.A personal discovery. They all count and deserve to be recognized — both for yourself and for the community as a whole. 📅 LOOKING AHEAD Take a few minutes to plan your next week. Aim for 3 sessions if possible. And on those busy days when time is tight, remember that a few Barefoot Breaks are always better than doing nothing. 👋 NEW MEMBERS If you're new here, make sure you go through the Foundations Class inside the Classroom tab. Afterward, please leave a comment below the class and let me know: • How it went • Any discoveries or a-ha moments • Any questions you may have I'd love to hear from you and help you get started on the right path. Have a great week everyone, and I look forward to hearing your updates below!

Sunday Check-In
Hola Movers — hope you’re having a great weekend. Before anything else, I wanted to let you know that there will be no live sessions this week. My family and I are taking a vacation to celebrate my daughter's graduation, and I'm doing my best to be fully present and take as much time away from work as possible. If you know me, you know that’s not always easy 😅 I will still be checking in, reading your posts, and answering questions throughout the week — just with a little more delay than usual. 🔥 Keep the Momentum Going One thing I’ve learned over the years is that consistency matters more than perfection. Even when life gets busy, a few sessions can make a huge difference. 👉 Take a minute today and decide when your 3 sessions will happen this week. Put them on your calendar and treat them like appointments. 🏆 June Sessions Challenge I’ll be posting the June Sessions Challenge later today so you can get started right away. Before then: ✅ Update your May session count ✅ Update your annual session count ✅ Set your goal for June If you're new here and would like to participate in the monthly challenge, simply unlock one of the membership tiers and jump in with us. 🌱 New Members If you joined recently: 👣 The replay of Saturday's Live Foundations Class is now available inside the Classroom tab. 👣 I also highly recommend completing the Movement Foundations Assessment if you haven't done it yet. It's one of the best ways to understand where your body is right now and where to focus first. Have a great week everyone. And let me know below: 👇 What days are you planning to train this week?
