今天居然上了快2.5小時😱 但還是有人跟我說：「it's too short!」

你如何快速讓自己進入狀況？
- Some people need to internalize - get in early and sit in silence; sit with their thoughts
- Some people need to externalize - rehearse, speak aloud, jot things down
- Some people don't do anything - go about their day, get distracted, avoid overthinking
不管你需要的是什麼，don't ignore it.
整體來說大家的「引導能力」直線上升，讓聽眾快速進入狀況，不管是用口語上的字句或是簡潔有力的畫面。這種起頭和轉換拿捏很不容易，you should pat yourself on the back.
