Workout Plan
Good evening to all!
I would like some feedback on my current workout plan that I've applied since February
Day 1 - Upper A
Day 2 - Lower A
Day 3 - Upper B
Day 4 - Lower B
Day 5 - rest
Day 6 - Full Body C
Day 7 - rest
A = strength/power
B = volume/hypertrophy
C = skill/athleticism/explosiveness
My plan is purely calisthenics training (w/ weighted calisthenics), and I feel like keeping it only calisthenics has helped level up my entire body as a system!
