8% bodyfat by summer
Hey guys, I've challenged myself to get down to 8/9% bodyfat through intense tracking and management. I currently track with Gemini, as I can upload a pic of what I've eaten and it can give me an estimate of my macros. I am currently 12-13% bf so the goal to get to 8/9 by end of june will be very possible but also challenging. Best of luck to all of your fitness journeys!

@Brandon Beauchesne-Hebert the biggest challenge, believe it or not is meeting the 210g protein requirement. I feel like it's a pretty big requirement, but crucial to maintain the mass ive obtained. Otherwise, the other aspects are pretty fine, and as long as I can keep up with the caloric requirements (2500 - 2800), it should be fine.
Workout Plan
Good evening to all! I would like some feedback on my current workout plan that I've applied since February Day 1 - Upper A Day 2 - Lower A Day 3 - Upper B Day 4 - Lower B Day 5 - rest Day 6 - Full Body C Day 7 - rest A = strength/power B = volume/hypertrophy C = skill/athleticism/explosiveness My plan is purely calisthenics training (w/ weighted calisthenics), and I feel like keeping it only calisthenics has helped level up my entire body as a system!

Hey everyone! I know this topic is pretty well debated in the fitness community, but what supplements have any of you taken and how has that progressed your training skill wise? Also, is gear something to consider especially to speed up skill mastery like the Planche? Thanks to yall for the support!
