What’s Your End-of-Year Goal? Let’s Make It Real.
We’re heading into the final stretch of the year — and this is where things get exciting.
Because right now is the perfect time to get clear on what you want to achieve before the year ends.
It doesn’t have to be massive.
It just needs to be specific.
Maybe it’s holding a 15-second handstand.
Finally getting your first muscle-up.
Building a clean L-sit or pistol squat.
Or maybe it’s something simpler — staying consistent with your training, nailing your nutrition, or moving pain-free again.
Whatever it is, write it down.
When you commit to a goal publicly, your odds of hitting it skyrocket — and this community is here to back you up.
So here’s your challenge:
📌 Drop ONE goal you want to achieve by December 31st.
Make it specific and measurable.
Example: “Hold a 10-second freestanding handstand” or “Do 10 perfect pull-ups without a band.”
Then we’ll help you reverse-engineer the steps to get there.
