What workout you would definitely recommend
Hey All.
The question is what exercise or set, routine,techniques(including breathing) or any other activity was a game changer?
Something what was 20% to give you 80% of results. Or something which defined your life on before and after. Or maybe it was something to feel "why didn't I do it earlier"
