Sorry for not posting yesterday. Definitely trained though. Today's training was great! 🥳 I've already gone up to a minute on deadhangs frrom my 20 seconds in my first training. I can feel it more in my arms and shoulders now than in my abs and am not losing grip as easily. Should I be completely letting my body fall in my dead hangs or should I try and pull my body up a little bit so that I feel it more in my shoulders?
