Too many breaks!
Hi all, starting a new med has really thrown me but I’m determined to get back into a routine because I feel weaker after resting so much, even though I have been jumping rope most days still.
Today I did 3 rounds of:
Knee push ups with push up bars x7
Horizontal pull ups on the ground x7
Hollow body holds x16secs
Lying leg raises x8
Deep squats x10
