If you had the choice, what would you rather train in?
• Shoes
• Socks
• Barefoot
For me:
• Parkour = shoes, because concrete is not forgiving 😅
• Gymnastics gym = barefoot
• Regular gym = I would actually prefer barefoot, but since most places do not allow it, socks are usually next best
I have actually never tried barefoot shoes, so now I’m curious about that too 👀
