Sats instead of frids
Missed yesterdays as was so busy but did today instead, no biggie. A 2 1/2m walk to pick up some pressup bars. Used said pressup bars. Ab exercises, Deep squats instead of with weights as my nees complained a bit, but they would have made more objection with the deep ones before I started on this. Some slow let downs, lats screaming now so only did 2 sets.
