Running
Hey legends, just wanted to celebrate a win here showing consistency is everything. Ever since starting my fitness journey 6 years ago, running has basically been something I can’t do without lots of inflammation and pain for the following weeks.
Over the past 12 months I’ve focused a lot on leg stability strengthening exercises and stretching, this has finally translated into (not completely pain free but manageable) running 5-7km multiple times per week.🙌 pain management is through pace and load.
I fully expect this same approach will transform my calisthenics, even for a guy weighing 107kg at 6’3” @_birmo. Have a great weekend legends✌️
