🎄💪 5000 Push Ups Before Christmas 💪🎄
Let’s do something fun together. Goal: 5,000 push-ups as a TEAM before Christmas. That’s it. No pressure. Just action. The math: 5,000 push-ups ÷ 16 days ≈ 312 push-ups per day as a group If 15 people do 20 push-ups a day, we hit the goal easily. Rules: • Full push-ups count as 1 • Knee push-ups count as 2 = 1 full rep • Do them anytime during the day • You can split them into as many sets as you want ➡️ Post your reps HERE so we can track it and celebrate 📹 Video is optimal as we are going by the honor system This is not about being perfect. Alright team… pause for a second and take this in 👇 We recalculated everything in the 5000 Push-up Challenge, counted every rep, every partner, every helper, and every late-night “I forgot to post yesterday” push-up 😄 🔥 TOTAL SO FAR: 3,847 PUSH-UPS 🔥 That means we have just: 🚨 1,153 PUSH-UPS LEFT 🚨 …to hit 5,000 push-ups as a TEAM before Christmas 🎅💥 This isn’t about any one person. Hi everyone, I am excited to be a part of this community of like minded people! I started calisthenics not too long ago and my first goal is a clean strict muscle up. I can do pull ups and dips, but still can't nail the transition. I am also working on my wrist flexibility as I have always wanted to be able to do handstands. Nice to meet you all!

Before chasing the next goal, pause for a moment. This time of year is not about doing more. It is about noticing how far you have already come. Think back to where you started this year. Your strength. Your confidence. Your consistency. Even if progress felt slow, it still counts. Showing up counts. Trying counts. Not quitting counts. This is also the perfect mental reset. No pressure to be perfect. No pressure to train hard this week. Just space to recharge, reflect, and reconnect with why you started. Use this time to ask yourself a few simple questions: What am I proud of this year? What habits actually worked for me? What do I want to feel more of next year? Your goals will still be there after the holidays. You do not lose progress by resting. You gain clarity. Enjoy your time with family, friends, food, and rest.
