Hi everyone, I am excited to be a part of this community of like minded people! I started calisthenics not too long ago and my first goal is a clean strict muscle up. I can do pull ups and dips, but still can't nail the transition.
I am also working on my wrist flexibility as I have always wanted to be able to do handstands.
