I did challenge, well only on one side😅 This is a good time to talk about consistency cause work last night was draining so I came home tired, hungry and not wanting to do anything but i kept my habit of working out after work.
I knew a big leg day would be too much so I modified and did fun stuff instead!
I still moved, not as much but I got a little workout: the challenge, hip mobility, pancake practice, chest to wall handstand and I'll go for my walk later☀️
