@Chelsea B my whole fitness journey started from those things. It might have been one pose, but you had to do all the warm up and prep before you got the final shot. Genius to trick myself into "just do this one pose." And be there thirty minutes later
So good. I went looking for my yoga blocks to try this backwards hands version, but have misplaced my second one..will try when I find it 🤪🤷🏼♀️ Your crow is so solid and stable . Well done.
Realised yesterday that I don't consistently train paralettes, so doing a week of daily play to work out what drills and skills I want to add to my regular weekly program. Oh and worked out the legs up pose was called Firefly.
I changed up my workouts since I've been in this group. I have more focus, I'm not all over the place trying to learn everything at once and I can feel the difference💪 Today I did unassisted chin ups for the first time😁 I dud 2 chin ups x 3 sets
3 sets of 8 reps Pistol squats per leg- 3,2,0 tempo 3 sets of 8reps archer pushups per arm 3 sets of 7reps pull-ups aiming for more height over the bar 3 sets of 8reps Nordic curls 3 sets of 10reps inverted rows 3 sets of 8 feet elevated pike pushups 1m 15 sec dead hang
@Zara Doering @Gabriela Lavista I didn't choose the best camera angle, but I gave them a go. I like it. I think it will be good training for the paralettes, when I shift weight more to one arm.
