I tried some moves in the past few weeks before jumping head first into a full routine. I knew it was going to be hard, so I set three realistic goals: do not rush through it, focus on technique and try to complete 2 rounds of 4 flows each. One minute on, one minute off. I set the timer and started. First round I was already sweating like a pig and out of breath, but got my s**t together and aimed to complete the second round. I was able to finish it with a big acomplishment smile. Can't believe I'm doing these things!
